I wanted to order one of the gift boxes to send to my mom for Mother’s Day and her birthday this month but I didn’t see an option to send a note/card. I responded to one of their “you left something in your cart” emails saying that I wanted to send it to my mom, but I didn’t see an option for the note so I obviously my mother wouldn’t know where it came from. They immediately wrote me back and said that if I responded to that email, they would add the note for me. I said wow that’s awesome. I placed the order and emailed right back with the note. I wanted them to put in the package and they were moved by what I said and said that they would also add in an additional treat for my mother. They did! You guys are absolutely amazing and we need more companies like you in the world! Love you guys!
